FIT Bannerstone Project
The FIT Bannerstone Project (FBP) is a collection of images, metadata, and descriptions of bannerstones that were made by nomadic people east of the Mississippi between 6,000 BCE and 1,000 BCE. The purpose of the FBP is to establish a shared language and ways of representing, seeing, and interpreting these carved stones from the first people of North America.
